What did you learn?

  • A lot about the beauty of nature. That you can do things you never thought you could do. I got a very good feeling. I made me think of things in a new way.
  • To relax and enjoy all things. I can teach children about nature and how to really enjoy it.
  • Respect nature, see nature with different eyes. Catch details. Think about yourself. Try to continue this experience.
  • How to push boundaries, how to manage my emotions especially when at risk
  • The sports, working as a team
  • Teamwork, respect and care of nature
  • How to take the time for yourself. How to enjoy nature even more.
  • A lot of thinking about myself and the environment
  • I learned how to get in touch with my emotions and why it is important.

  • I crossed boundaries, this meant that I lost my fear from these activities.
